[STDS-802-16] extension: +++IEEE 802.16 Letter Ballot #39 (on P802.16q/D1) is now open+++

At Monday's 802.16 WG telecon, we agreed to extend this ballot because the original ballot did not include the full PAR and Five Criteria statement for review. If you have further comments on the PAR or Five Criteria statement, please submit them per the ballot process, as announced via the IEEE-SA ePoll system.

IEEE 802.16 Working Group Letter Ballot #39 is now open, through 2 June 2014 ET.

The draft is here:
    <http://ieee802.org/16/pubs/80216q.html>

The ballot web page is:
    <http://ieee802.org/16/ballots/ballot39>

This ballot is being conducted using the "ePoll" feature of the IEEE Mentor system. The ballot web page includes links to cast a vote and review the ballot status. As detailed on that same page, ballot comments and contributions are solicited from all individuals, independent of ballot group membership, and all timely comments will be addressed.

Note that Mentor ePolls use a deadline of midnight ET. This is earlier than AOE.

Please remember the Members' obligation to participate: "Membership shall be lost if two consecutive, or two of any three consecutive, Working Group letter ballots for which the member was eligible are not returned or are returned with an abstention other than for 'lack of technical expertise'."

Regards,

Roger
