To: IEEE 802.16 Reflector IEEE 802.16 Working Group Letter Ballot Recirc #39a is now open, through 15 August 2014 ET. The draft is here: <http://ieee802.org/16/pubs/80216q.html> The ballot web page is: <http://ieee802.org/16/ballots/ballot39> This ballot is being conducted using the "ePoll" feature of the IEEE Mentor system. The ballot web page includes links to cast a vote and review the ballot status. As detailed on that same page, ballot comments and contributions are solicited from all individuals, independent of ballot group membership, and all timely comments will be addressed. Note that Mentor ePolls use a deadline of midnight ET. This is earlier than AOE. If you do not cast a ballot in this recirculation but cast a previous ballot in Working Group Letter Ballot #39 or a subsequent recirculation, your previous vote will be carried forward.
