REGISTRATION FEES & DEADLINES
Early: Before 6:00 PM Pacific Time, Friday, April 15, 2016
• $US 650 for attendees staying at the Hilton Waikoloa
• $US 950.00 for all others (including local attendees not staying at the group hotel)
Standard: After Early Registration and before 6:00 PM Pacific Time, Friday May 6, 2016
• $US 900.00 for attendees staying at the Hilton Waikoloa
• $US 1200.00 for all others (including local attendees not staying at the group hotel)
Late/On-site: After 6:00 PM Pacific Time Friday May 6, 2016
• $US 1200.00 for attendees staying at the Hilton Waikoloa
• $US 1500.00 for all others (including local attendees not staying at the group hotel)
Student Registration:
• $US 150.00 for Full-Time Students
• College or University students at the bachelor or post-graduate level
• The Student meeting fee is available only one time per person.
• The person using the Student meeting fee will not be able to use meeting attendance to gain or maintain voting rights.
• A valid current student ID must be shown when picking up the meeting badge.
Registration Fee Discount:
The combined hotel room stays of attendees are used to offset the cost of the meeting. For this reason, attendees who are not a registered guest at the Hilton Waikoloa for three (3) or more nights are not eligible for the registration discount.
The correct registration fee must be paid prior to receiving your badge, which permits entrance to scheduled meetings.
