Schedule
May 10 1 pm - 5 pm
May 11 8 am - 5 pm
May 12 8 am - 5 pm

Meeting and Hotel Registration
A single form is used for both meeting registration and hotel room reservations. Beyond the April 16 cut-off date, the hotel will no longer hold rooms in our name. If space is available, the hotel will continue to offer the negotiated group rates. However, since May 14 is the start of graduation weekend at the University of Colorado at Boulder, you should reserve your room soon.

The $50 registration fee will go directly to the hotel to cover the costs of continental breakfasts and breaks as well as audio-visual equipment. (The actual costs will probably be higher than $50, but the IEEE Microwave Theory and Techniques Society has agreed to cover some expenses.) Please register for the meeting as soon as you know your plans. Early registration will help us plan the meeting space.

Travel Discounts
For IEEE members, substantial Airfare and Auto Rental Discounts are available.

Air Travel
Fly into Denver International Airport, one of the world's largest and most advanced airports. The official airport code name is DEN, though locals call it "DIA". The hotel is about one hour from the airport. Travelers from Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, New York, Newark, Phoenix, San Diego, San Francisco, and Washington should be able to find Monday morning connections.

Ground Transportation
Should you choose to fly on discount carrier Frontier Airlines, you may take advantage of the Frontier FreeWay Flyer, a motor coach service between DIA and the Regal Harvest House. The service, free for Frontier ticketed passengers, lets you check check bags all the way to or from the hotel. The shuttle schedule is timed to Frontier's flight schedule.

Otherwise, you may choose to take the SuperShuttle Airport Shuttle. This leaves DIA hourly from 8 am to 11 pm and costs $18 each way. Buy your ticket at the SuperShuttle booth on the west side of the terminal (Level 5) as you exit the train from the concourses (see map). SuperShuttle pick-up is located on island number 3; use door 507 or 510. You do not need advance reservations to get to the hotel, but you should have them for your return. Call 1-800-258-3826 or +1-303-444-0808 with questions.

Public Airport Bus: Look for RTD skyRide Route AB. Service is hourly (15 minutes after the hour most of the day) and reaches Boulder Station in about 80 minutes. You would then need to transfer to reach the Regal Harvest House. Tickets are $8, exact change only. RTD's live operators will provide helpful trip planning details at 1-800-366-7433 or +1-303-299-6000.

Driving Directions
Many auto rental agencies are available at DIA. If you drive, exit the airport, continue to the end of Pena Boulevard, and take I-70 West. Take the exit onto I-270 West. Stay on I-270 as it merges with I-76. Shortly thereafter, before I-76 crosses I-25, stay in the right-center lane marked U.S. 36 to Boulder. You will cross I-25 and be on U.S. 36. About 20 minutes later, you will enter Boulder. U.S. 36 becomes 28th Street. In about a mile, just before the traffic light at Arapahoe Road, the Regal Harvest House will be on your left at 1345 28th Street. The entire trip should take about one hour. See also the route map and the Boulder map.
