Hotel Reservations
The hotel is holding 70 rooms for Monday-Thursday nights and 10 each on Sunday and Friday nights. The rate is $109 plus tax. These rooms will be held through the cutoff date of September 6, 1999; afterwards, reservation requests at the meeting rate will be honored provided that space is available. There is a fee of $10 per additional occupant and $30 for "Regal Class Upgrade."
Please make your own hotel reservations by calling the hotel or submitting the Hotel Reservation Form.
Meeting Registration
Please use the ten-second registration form to preregister for the meeting. This is for planning information. The actual billing will be done on-site.
The registration fee ($80) will go directly to the hotel to cover the costs of continental breakfasts and breaks as well as audio-visual equipment. (In the event that the actual costs are higher, the IEEE Microwave Theory and Techniques Society has agreed to subsidize.) Please preregister as soon as you know your plans. Early registration will help us plan the meeting space.
The $80 registration fee will be collected by the hotel front desk. You may pay it upon check-in. The hotel will provide a receipt.
