Hotel Reservations
The room rate is $112 per room (single or multiple occupancy). Tax (approximately 13.5%) will be added. The reserved room block is guaranteed only through the deadline of Monday August 13. In order for this system to work successfully for us, we need to be prompt about making reservations. Please do not wait until the deadline!
All reservation requests must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card.

Session #15 Preregistration
You may now pre-register for 802.16 Session #15 on-line. There is no discount for advance registration, but, then again, you need not pay the fee until you arrive. The meeting plans require accurate numbers, so please take a moment to pre-register. The form also lets you simply report that you won't be able to attend this time, so, if we would normally expect you and you can't make it, please take a moment to let us know. Also, immediately use the form to cancel if your plans change!

On-Site Registration Fee Payment
The registration fee will be $120. You will be asked to turn in a registration fee form (which you can download and complete electronically) at the hotel front desk. If you are staying at the conference hotel, the fee will be added to your room bill; otherwise, you may put it on a credit card. You will receive an initialed copy of the form as a receipt.
