If you require a visa to visit the Republic of Korea, you may need a letter of invitation. If so, please contact the host, Panyuh Joo by August 1. Provide the following information:
- Passport Number
- Country
- Name (AS PRINTED IN THE PASSPORT)
- Nationality
- Gender
- Date of Birth
- Place of Birth
- Place of Issue of Passport
- Date of Issue of Passport
- Passport Expiration Date
- Name of affiliation company
- Real mailing address and Contact information (inc. phone number) of affiliation company
