"802.1P" should be "802.1p"; but this was an amendment to 802.1D and is incorporated in 802.1D-1998. Change "802.1P" to "802.1D" globally, and add a normative reference:

Add reference: IEEE Std 802.1D-1998, IEEE Standard for Information technology—Telecommunications and
information exchange between systems—Local and metropolitan area networks—Common specifications—
Part 3: Media Access Control (MAC) Bridges.
Roger Marks 3 25 Editorial improvement needed. change "development" to "finalization"
Roger Marks 3 33-41 Improved accuracy and completeness needed. change paragraph to:
Glen Sater served as editor in readying the document for Working Group Letter Ballot, with contributions by Jeffrey Foerster. Earlier, Brian Petry and James Mollenauer served as editors. For a period, Jung Yee served as MAC Chair and John Liebetreu as PHY Vice Chair. Brian Petry served as editor of the Functional Requirements Document on which this standard was developed; George Fishel chaired the development of that document. Juan Carlos Zúñiga, Phil Guillemette, Ron Meyer, and Nico van Waes served as secretaries.
Roger Marks 4 15 Spelling error. Correct first name of "Kostas" to "Demosthenes"
Roger Marks 4 18 David Trinkwon's name should be removed, at his request. Delete "David Trinkwon" from list.
Roger Marks 4 44 Spelling error. Change "Nunez" to "Núñez"
Roger Marks 4 45 Names missing. add the following names (alphabetically): Babis Kalatzis, Subbu Ponnuswamy, Lei Wang
Roger Marks 4 49 Spelling error. Change "abstaning" to "abstention"
Stanley Wang 4 29-37 The last nine names on the list are duplicates. Remove the last nine names in the third column (however, use the second instance, instead of the first, of "Zuniga" since it has the correct accents).
Roger Marks 25 60 Section 1.2.2 is obsolete, since P802.16b is being withdrawn and merged into P802.16.a Change title of 1.2.2 to "2-11 GHz" and contents of 1.2.2 "This work is in development under IEEE Standards Association Project P802.16a."
Roger Marks 26 1 Section 1.2.3 is obsolete, since P802.16b is being withdrawn and merged into P802.16.a Delete 1.2.3
Roger Marks 31 21 The definition of "protocol data unit" is out of alphabetical order. Move the definition (along with Figure 2) down by two entries.
Lawrence Stefani 34 55 PCI is generally known as "Peripheral Component Interconnect", and acronym is not used in document. Delete definition of "PCI".

42 43
Change:
"management operations [configuration file, registration, and Simple Network Managment Protocol (SNMP)]"
to simply:
"network management operations"
Roger Marks 56 55 Stylistic inconsistency in " - request" (see, for example, Lined 37). Change "request" to "Request" and lengthen hyphen into a dash.
Roger Marks 64 18 There is a stray half tick-mark near the left of the figure. Delete the mark.
Carl Eklund 69 56 "Message type" is incorrect "Message type" to "Management Message Type"
Stanley Wang 71 8-17 Editor erred in implementing resolution to Comment 32 (as approved in recirculation). The commment said "On page 74, lines 15 & 17, change the rows of the table to read "reserved for future use." Editor erroneously applied the comment to rows 15 and 17 of the table, instead of lines 15 & 17 of the page. On page 71, line 15 (Row 19) & and line 17 (Row 20), delete second and fourth column entry and change third column to "reserved for future use."

Change page 71, line 8 to: 15 | DSC-RSP | Dynamic Service Change Response | Primary Management
Change page 71, line 11 to: 17 | DSD-REQ | Dynamic Service Deletion Request | Primary Management
Roger Marks 71 35-39 The three rows labeled 30, 31, and 32 are in a larger font size than the other rows. Reduce the fonts size to 9 point.
Lawrence Stefani 100 1 Table 47 is a duplicate of Table 46. In Line 1 (in the title of Table 47), change "Request (DBPC-REQ)" to "Response (DBPC-RSP)".

In Line 6, change "DBPC-REQ_Message_Format" to "DBPC-RSP_Message_Format".

In Line 8, change "23" to "24".
Lawrence Stefani 105 47 Incorrect management message type number for TFTP-RSP message (inconsistent with Table 13). Replace "= 31" with "= 32".
Roger Marks 144 41 6.2.10 is properly a sub-heading of 6.2.9 (it is (j) on p. 128). Renumber 6.2.10 as 6.2.9.13.
Roger Marks 154 26 RF MAC is not the proper term used elsewhere in the document. Change "RF MAC" to "MAC".
Stanley Wang 159 35-41 On Page 159 Line 35, "SS" should be "BS" (since the SS passes messages to the BS, not to itself). On Page 159 Line 41, "BS" should be "SS" (since the BS passes messages to the SS, not to itself). (Both mistakes are traceable to an earlier editing error in which the wrong "BS" was changed to "SS".) On Page 159 Line 35, change "SS" to "BS"; on Page 159 Line 41, change "BS" to "SS".
Roger Marks 160 45 Missing space Add space after "system."
Roger Marks 161 8 DSA-Request is stylistically inconsistent. Change "DSA-Request" to "DSA-REQ".
Roger Marks 161 16 RSX-RVD is an obvious typo; there is no such entity. Correct "RSX-RVD" to "DSX-RVD".
Roger Marks 161 20 DSA-Response is stylistically inconsistent. Change "DSA-Response" to "DSA-RSP".
Roger Marks 161 23 DSA-Ack is stylistically inconsistent. Change "DSA-Ack" to "DSA-ACK".
Roger Marks 161 48 DSA-Request is stylistically inconsistent. Change "DSA-Request" to "DSA-REQ".
Roger Marks 161 51 DSA-Response is stylistically inconsistent. Change "DSA-Response" to "DSA-RSP".
Roger Marks 161 58 DSA-Ack is stylistically inconsistent. Change "DSA-Ack" to "DSA-ACK".
Stanley Wang 168 12 DSA-RSP Pending self-loop is missing the case of DSX-RVD. Add "(DSX-RVD /)" to the end of the list of possible transitions for the self-loop of state "DSA-RSP Pending". {For example, see Fig. 69 on Page 166}
Stanley Wang 168 13 Figure erroneously says "DSA-RSP Pending", even though, as shown in the caption, the figure refers to DSC. Correct "DSA-RSP Pending" to "DSC-RSP Pending".
Stanley Wang 168 15 Stray characters "SS" on right side of figure, below "[SS only]". Delete "SS" below "[SS only]".
Stanley Wang 170 12 The self-loopback for the state "DSD-RSP Pending" is missing. This is obvious from the fact that the loopback label in present in the figure. Add a self-loopback for the state "DSD-RSP Pending". (See Figure 69 on Page 166 for a drawing example.)
Stanley Wang 172 12 SA_REQ is an obvious typo; there is no such entity. Correct "SA_REQ" to "DSA-REQ".
Stanley Wang 182 59 DSC_RVD is an obvious typo; there is no such entity. Correct "DSC_RVD" to "DSX-RVD".
Roger Marks 183 15 DSC_RVD is an obvious typo; there is no such entity. Correct "DSC_RVD" to "DSX-RVD".
Carl Eklund 206 44 RF MAC is not the proper term used elsewhere in the document. Change "RF MAC" to "MAC".
Stanley Wang 227 31 The phrase "all three of" is inappropriate since there are now only two certificate types (in accordance with Comment #70 of the IEEE-SA Sponsor Ballot, which eliminated the root CA). Change "for all three of" to "for both of the".
Stanley Wang 301 18 Table 118 lists two timers named "T15". These require different names. The SS T15 should be renumbered as T16. {Note that the BS T15 is mentioned only in Fig. 61.} Change "T15" to "T16" on Page 301, Line 18 and on Page 127, Line 24.
Stanley Wang 302 13 Authorization Lifetime was renamed to "AK Lifetime" (see Page 301 Line 34, for example). Change "Authorization Lifetime" to "AK Lifetime".
Lawrence Stefani 314 65 Incorrect error code range. Delete "(1-8)".
Lawrence Stefani 315 53 Grammatical error in last sentence. Replace "then" with "them".
Lawrence Stefani 316 28 Duplicate value string. Replace "CA" with "SS".
Lawrence Stefani 324 53 For consistency with nearby sections and section title, add "PHY". Replace "GHz SS" with "GHz PHY SS".
Lawrence Stefani 324 64 Incorrect section number. SBC-RSP is found in section 6.2.2.3.24, not 6.2.2.3.23.
Lawrence Stefani 325 40 For consistency with nearby sections and section title, add "PHY". Replace "GHz SS" with "GHz PHY SS".
Lawrence Stefani 327 12 Add bit 2 to range of reserved values. Replace "#3-7" with "#2-7".
Lawrence Stefani 328 44 The values indicate a length of 1, not 2; also, the italics are inappropriate. Change "2" in Length column to non-italic "1".
Lawrence Stefani 328 46-47 Duplicate bit values: Bit 2 is defined twice, and 6 not at all. In the "Value" column, increase each bit number by 1, starting with the second incidence of "2" and going through 5. Change "9-255" to "10-15".
Stanley Wang 336 21 Per 11.4.8.10 (page 335), TLV 24.43 is called "Vendor Specific QoS Parameters" Change Footnote a to: 'The specific implementation-dependent scheduling service type could be defined in a message of Type 24.43 ("Vendor Specific QoS Parameters").'
Lawrence Stefani 336 39-40 Confusing definition for bit 1. If bit 1 is reserved, the rest of the definition should be deleted. Delete "The service flow shall not use Priority Request multicast opportunities." Italicize "reserved".
Stanley Wang 338 43 From its values it is obvious that the "Length" field should be 1 (byte) instead of 2. Change the "Length" field to 1.
Lawrence Stefani 338 45-46 Duplicate bit values: Bit 2 is defined twice. In the "Value" column, increase each bit number by 1, starting with the second incidence of "2". Change "9-255" to "10-255".
Lawrence Stefani 339 27 Grammatical error in second sentence of section 11.4.9.3. Change "prefixed" to "prefixed to".
Stanley Wang 339 28 Type values for 802.3 should be [24/25].102 (per 11.4.9.2). Change "99.1" to "[24/25].102". At end of sentence, change "11.4.9" to "11.4.9.2"
Lawrence Stefani 341 2 Grammatical error in second sentence. Replace "there" with "the". Also, in line 3, change "e.g." to "; e.g.,"
Lawrence Stefani 341 22 Grammatical error in second sentence. Replace "Set is only applies" with "Set applies only". Also, change "NOT" to lower case.
Lawrence Stefani 342 7 Invalid range of values for 1 byte field. Replace "1-65535" with "0-255".
Lawrence Stefani 342 56 Missing italics. Add italics to "n" in "n*32".
Lawrence Stefani 345 19 Grammatical error in first sentence. Replace "specify" with "specifies".
Lawrence Stefani 345 21 Missing period. Add period after "irrelevant".
Lawrence Stefani 350 31,46 Sections 11.4.9.4.2 and 11.4.9.4.3 define the same Type value ([24/25].99); the sub-type value is missing. In Line 31, change "[24/25].99" to "[24/25].99.1".
In Line 46, change "[24/25].99" to "[24/25].99.2".
Lawrence Stefani 351 61 Variable m not defined. Replace "m" with "n".
Roger Marks 352 48 Grammar error. Change "which lists set" to "that list sets"
