Announcement
As announced at the 802.16 closing plenary, an interim meeting of 802.16 TG2 will be held near Ottawa, Ontario, Canada starting at 8 am on Wednesday 25 October and finishing at approximately 5 on on Thursday 26 October. The meeting will review and decide action (time permitting) on any comments received on the draft Practice document by 4 pm EDT on Friday 20 October.

A block of rooms is being reserved until 10 October under the name "IEEE Interm Meeting" at the rate of $85 CN, plus tax. If you wish to attend, please make your own hotel arrangements. Meeting room charges will be divided among the participants.

If you will attend, please notify 802.16.2 Co-Chair and Meeting Host Andy McGregor in advance to ensure that the meeting room is large enough.

NOTE: the hotel is approximately 10 miles west of downtown Ottawa (25 minute taxi ride from airport, outside rush hour, at about $40CN). It is located at the North-West corner of the Moodie Drive/ Robertson Road intersection. The Host can provide more detailed directions.
