[RPRWG] More useful uploads

People, 

two blank powerpoint chart decks have been place in 
http://www.ieee802.org/rprsg

They are for motions and presentations. Motions that
are not submitted in this file format will be ignored.
Multiple motion pages can be in the same file.

The artwork on the presentation charts can be removed and
a small company logo can be substituted, but please do 
not put in large bitmaps.

Suggested improvements to these charts are most welcome.
