[RPRWG] RPR Perf: Performance Committee meeting times

All,

Based on the questionnaire that I sent out, I've been working on sorting out the schedule for the performance committee based on the results that I got back from the group (or at least those who cared to respond). There was a big distaste to starting on Sunday. Friday afternoon was not very popular either (since some of the people have to leave) but not as bad as Sunday. So, we'll avoid Sunday altogether and make Friday as backup or if there are any leftover discussions that need the slot.

With that in mind, here is what I'm looking at:

Monday morning (9:00 - 11:00) (2 hours)

Evening session Mon (8:00 - 10:00) (2 hours)

Evening session Tues (8:00 - 10:00) (2 hours)

Wed afternoon (4:00 - 6:00) (2 hours)

Friday afternoon (1:00 - ?) for leftovers ?

Now, there is probably going to be a conflict with tutorials on Monday and/or Tuesday evenings. I checked and found out that right now, the only confirmed tutorial is Ethernet in the First Mile (EFM) on Monday (8-9:30pm). I suspect that quite a few people would want to attend this.

So, we'll keep Friday afternoon as an open option for us to use, since we may need the extra time anyway, and since we may decide as a group to cancel one of the evening sessions if there is significant interest in attending the tutorial(s).

I'll work on putting together a draft schedule (based on the presentation requests taht I got) and post it shortly.
