The deadline for voting on the T&D document is fast approaching (Sept.
6).  This is our first formal ballot on a section of the document.
Whether you are for, against, or plan to abstain, 100% participation by
eligible voters would be a great way to start the San Jose meeting.  The
voting process itself takes just a few seconds (longer if you are making
comments).  And if you're not convinced, one word, FLORIDA!
