One quick correction.
The last line that read:
People who attended one of {07/01,11/01,03/02,07/02}

should have read:
People who attended one of {07/01,11/01,03/02,07/02}
> and TWO of {07/01,09/01,11/01,01/02,03/02,05/02,07/02} maintain
> their voting rights.
In addition, you should all be aware that "attended" really means signed in
for at least 75% of the sessions for that meeting and paid your meeting fee.
