[RPRWG] Silly Question : Coefficents' history??

Hi, everybody.
 
 In SRP-fa algorithm, there are several coefficients. 
 As you already know, these guys are 
 AGECOEFF(4), LP_FWD(64) ,LP_MU(512) ,LP_ALLOW(64)
 -- Numbers are recommended numbers ..

 I wonder and wonder how these numbers are selected.. 
 
 Anybody knows about this story ?
