Siamack, normally only IEEE members join the IEEE SA. There is an
additional $10.00 / year fee that is a part of the IEEE membership (renewal)
application. If you are not a member already, I would call 1 800 678-IEEE,
or from outside the U.S. 732 562-6381. Membership in the IEEE SA for
non-IEEE members in sin the range of about $120.00 per year (i.e. it pays to
join the IEEE if you want to be a member of the IEEE SA.
