[RPRWG] stds-802-17 is now spam proof - with a price


People, 

I have had the IEEE postmaster change the rules on posting to 
stds-802-17 to be members only. If you know someone who 
wants to post to the list and cannot, you can post on their
behalf. Then people can complain to you about spam.
