Robert, 

I think you misunderstood the intent of my text, 
so allow me to elaborate. First off, I assume everyone
realised that I was speaking as a technical contributor
and not as the Chair during that thread.  When I said
I am working on improving the text, the intent is that I am
improving upon the collection of agreed to concepts 
embodied in the current text.
