[RPRWG] September Interim Session in Las Vegas - Sept 23,24,25

We're going to Vegas :)
We have signed a hotel contract for the interim Session in September.
This will be a typical interim in that there will be a session fee
and there will be on-line pregregistration.

Preregistration should be available early next week.
