if there is any interest in the PAR and 5 Criteria we can ask the
handoff people to show up in Albuquerque

EC members,

On September 9th, 2003, in Denver, CO, USA, the 802 Handoff ECSG
approved unanmously (22,0,0) the attached PAR and 5 criteria documents
for forwarding to the 802 LMSC EC for review and approval.
