Tomorrow we must release all unsold room at Fairmont Hotel Vancouver to
other groups.
If you have any intention of attending the Vancouver Interim Meeting, we
suggest you call
or go online immediately to reserve a room or risk being left out. You
can always cancel
your reservation without penalty until 24 hours prior to arrival should
your plans change,
but if you miss getting a room you will probably be inconvenienced and
overcharged, and
will not get the benefit of the on-site IEEE802 always-on Internet and
local network services.
The IEEE802-Hosted Interim Session is January 12-16, 2004.
These Interim Meetings are being held at two Hotels in Vancouver.
Please note the Working Groups and the location of those meetings below.
The Hyatt and the Fairmont are located just across the street from each
other,
so walking back and forth is not a problem. Either one will work for you.
