[RPRWG] P802.17 D3.3 Ballot Status - Final

Dear RPRWGers,

I am pleased to announce that the balloting for P802.17 is complete.

The D3.3 recirc closed on saturday night with no new negative voters
or comments received.

As such, I will be preparing the RevCom submittal package and
getting it reviewed prior to the submital date.

Thanks and contratulations to everyone in the balloting group and the
working group on achieving this important milestone.
