Hi Mike,

Based on all of the IEEE 802 Working Groups specifications for the July
2004 Plenary Session, we will definitely need to move your Working Group
(.17) has we discussed last week! Please inform your working group at
your earliest convenience regarding this change in venue. Please
indicate some of the notes below in your message:

1) Both the Portland Hilton and Embassy Suites Portland Downtown
are full, and we do not recommend the change their room reservations.

2) We will be offering a shuttle bus between the two hotels (more
info to become on-site at the registration desk and on the IEEE 802
on-site web portal).

3) IEEE 802 Registration and Information Services will be
available to all meeting attendees at both locations (all .17 registered
attendees should go the Embassy Suites for name badge pick-up ? Open on
Sunday, July 11 at 5pm to 8pm and again on Monday, July 12 at 7:30am to
5pm).

4) The Embassy Suites offers a ?Full Cooked Breakfast? to hotel
guests only, however this breakfast is available to all other
individuals at $10.+. A continental breakfast will be available at the
Portland Hilton every morning- all week. During the day, we will be
serving morning and afternoon coffee service all meeting attendees to
the Embassy Suites.

5) Last but not least, please tell the .17 meeting attendees that
FTF Events truly appreciates their willingness to move to this location
and thank them!!

FYI, I am the process of updating the meeting information on the 802
web-site this morning, and the updated information on the venue change
will be noted.

Please call me if you have any questions and if possible, please email a
copy that the send to your working group for our files.

Thanks again and I look forward to seeing you in Portland.

Dawn
