[RPRWG] January Interim Sessions and March Plenary Session Info
RPRWGers,
We will be holding an Interim Session January 25,26,27, 2005
in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
The actual location of the meetings will be at the Cisco Systems
facility in Kanata (a suburb about 30 minutes from downtown).
I would like to get an idea of who will be attending and whether
they have a preference for staying in a hotel in Kanata (5 minutes
from the facility) or downtown (about 30-40 minutes).
Since I am expecting a relatively small turnout, I was considering
renting a minivan and shuttling people to/from their hotel since
many of you may not be used to driving in winter conditions. Note:
I will not pick you up at the airport on monday, but I am willing
to drive people from Cisco to the airport on Thursday afternoon.
Please let me know if you will be attending, and your preference
for hotel location. I will be contacting the hotels that provide
a special Cisco rate to see about room availability.

week of March 13-18, 2005.

accepted for pre-registration. The web pre-registration fee is $300.00.
Pre-registration closes at 6pm PT, Friday, February 25, 2005 (UTC
time: Saturday, February 26, 2005, 2am). After the close of
pre-registration, the web registration fee is $350.00. Web registration
fees must be paid by credit card. Your credit card is billed at the
time you register. The On-Site registration fee is $350.00 and can be
