[RPRWG] Pre-registration for London England Meeting ends friday

RPRWGers,

as you know we chartered a study group to develop a PAR and 5C's
for 802.17c Protected Inter-Ring Connection (PIRC).

I am negotiating with Buzz and John Hawkins to give us a slight
break on the session fee as we are only meeting 3 days.

However, since the pre-registration window for london ends this
Friday, I encourage everyone to sign up now at the $600 price
and hope for a refund if my negotiations are successful.
