802.11 TGn FRCC Telecons
Greetings,
The Singapore TGn meeting established bi-weekly telecons for the
Functional Requirements and Comparison Criteria special committee
until its work was completed.
The Albuquerque TGn meeting has modified one of these dates to
avoid having a call on the 30th December. The 30 December meeting
is moved to 06 Jan 2004.
The dates / times of the meetings up to the Vancouver TGn meeting
are as follows:
Nov 18, 2003 08:30 Pacific Time
Dec 02, 2003 08:30 Pacific Time
Dec 16, 2003 00:30 Pacific Time
Jan 06, 2004 16:30 Pacific Time
Please note the varying start times. Two favor Europe+USA, one favors
Europe + Asia, and one favors Asia + USA.
The standing tentative agenda is as follows:
1. Appoint secretary (Jim Allen if present)
2. Review and approve agenda
3. Review comments to and progress Usage Models document
4. Review comments to and progress Requirements document
5. Review comments to and progress Comparison Criteria document
The Usage Models document (11-03-802) was not approved in Albuquerque, but
is nearly complete - it is lacking a point-point link rate test usage model/scenario.
The functional requirements document (11-03-813) is also nearly done.
The comparison criteria document (11-03-814) was not progressed at the Albuquerque
meeting, and will probably be the main focus of our work up to the next meeting.
