Following a suggestion by Colin, the tentative agenda is to consider
items known in advance so that people have a better chance to prepare
for the meeting.
The first meeting will review this plan and tentatively discuss: CC 46,
47, 42, 59 and 67.
The second meeting will discuss IM1, 2, 5 and CC52. I'd would
like Jeff to lead the discussion on these topics.
The third meeting will review the disclosure requirements (form
of disclosure/template) int the FR/CC docs.
The fourth meeting will perform a final review of all related
documents to make sure that nothing has slipped through the cracks,
and will plan for the TGn meeting.
Following comments to me from two members, I have clarified
use of the reflector with 802.11 Vice Chair, Harry Worstell.
Members wishing to bring technical submission to the FRCC should
ensure that this material is an 802.11 submission on the server
before the meeting. This means getting a document number for the
purpose (I'd recommend keeping the same DCN for subsequent submissions
and making the document cumulative of all your technical submission).
After you have uploaded the document, please send an email to the
802.11 reflector to indicate that this document should be considered
by the FRCC meeting - this will give FRCC members notice to read the
document before the meeting.
Members wishing to bring editorial changes to my attention do not
need to make a separate submission. Just send me the relevant
document with tracked changes. I will merge changes from multiple
such sources and issue a revision to the 802.11 reflector.
