All,
I looked in my inbox to verify that I sent out the update that
reflected our discussions. Since I was unable to verify I sent it, I
am sending to the reflector now.
Most of the changes in the first section were accepted. On a
subsequent cleanup pass I made some changes that are indicated by the
change-bars.

doing to clean-up the 802.19 rules and add rules for voting on WG
letter ballots
that include CA documents. We will be following up this week to
continue that
discussion. Once we are done we will have a letter ballot on these
