Reminder----You must book your hotel reservation by Nov 1, 2005 to be 
eligible for the group rate.  There is a one night deposit but it is 
refundable up until 2 or 3 days prior to arrival.  Whenever possible, 
complete the reservation even if the wrong rate shows up and send an
email 
to Face to Face describing your issue.  Also contact Face to Face if you

are not able to complete the reservation. Dawn and Darcel on copy to
this 
email. Please send your issues to them. Do not copy the reflector.
