The November 2005 IEEE 802 Plenary Session will be held during the week
of November 13-18, 2005 in Vancouver, BC, CANADA.  

Session Registration is NOW available on the web!  
Pre-registration fee for this session is $300US if you register before
6pm PDT, Friday, October 28, 2005 (UTC Time: 2am Saturday, October 29,
2005), and $400US after that point in time.  

These fees cover your Continental Breakfast & Coffee Breaks (M-F),
Wednesday Evening Social, AV & Network Services, and all other related
meeting services.  

All attendees are required to register and pay fees.

Hotel Rooms:
The Hyatt Regency Vancouver is already SOLD-OUT.  The Fairmont Hotel
Vancouver still has a few guest rooms available, but they will be gone
shortly.  

We are not providing any other hotels for overflow, SO IF YOU STILL NEED
TO MAKE YOUR HOTEL RESERVATION, YOU MUST DO IT NOW !!!  

Meeting Locations:
The Plenary Session meetings are being held at both of these hotels in
Vancouver.  
Please note the Working Groups and the location of those meetings below.

other, so walking back and forth is not a problem.
