Dear EC Members,

Please circulate the attached memo on indemnification to your Working
Group and Technical Advisory Group participants as soon as possible.  As
you are all aware, this is an important subject that all members should
be aware of.  If there are any questions, I will attempt address them
directly or solicit input from the appropriate legal resources in the
IEEE SA.
