It sounds like that Thursday’s at 11 AM Eastern (8 AM Pacific) will work as a time for the discussion on assessing coexistence in the 3650 MHz frequency band. This will be a biweekly call. I don’t think it is necessary to meet weekly.
I will send out a more detailed schedule for the calls soon.
If I missed anyone on this email distribution list please notify me. Paul Piggin volunteered to forward the email announcements to the 16h email reflector.

Hi Steve,
Ken and I are happy with 11am ET on Thursdays.
Once we have settled on a slot please let us know which date the meetings will start.
Many thanks, Paul.

Hi Steve,
For me will work better 11AM; I already have bi-weekly teleconf on Tuesday, but nothing on Thursday.

From:
Shellhammer, Steve [mailto:sshellha@qualcomm.com] Peter and Marianna,
As I mentioned at this morning’s meeting, I would willing to host a biweekly conference call to discuss the evaluation of coexistence of 11y and 16h in the 3650 MHz frequency band.
I thought I would suggest a few dates and times to see if we can find a good time.
Here are some suggested times.
Tuesday 11 AM Eastern Time Tuesday 12 PM (Noon) Eastern Time Thursday 11 AM Eastern Time Thursday 12 PM (Noon) Eastern Time
Please check with members of your task groups to see which of these times are best. Please tell me your first and second choices. Hopefully we can find a time that works for most people.
Some groups like to approve their conference call times at their WG closing plenary. So it would be good if we could agree on a date and time by Thursday afternoon so
Thanks, Steve
