Does this distribution represent all
traffic and therefore not associated to any specific traffic/protocol type? If
this data is indeed an aggregate of all traffic then it is difficult to
associate this particular model with a specific 11e AC. Is there any specific data to address
individual ACs? Thanks, Paul. From: Shellhammer,
Steve [mailto:sshellha@qualcomm.com] All,
Here is a distribution of packet sizes supplied by Peter. Steve From: Peter Ecclesine
(pecclesi) [mailto:pecclesi@cisco.com] Hi Steve, When we were doing 802.11e
('99-'03) the Internet traffic (measured as Ethernet packets in gateways) was: 20% ~1500 octets 20% ~568-576 octets 60% < 128 octets petere Peter

Shellhammer, Steve [mailto:sshellha@qualcomm.com] Peter,
Thanks. I had not even gotten around to sending you a request. You
mentioned that you had some typical distribution of packet sizes already.
Can you share them with us? Steve From: Peter Ecclesine
(pecclesi) [mailto:pecclesi@cisco.com] Send them a query on how to readout traffic by packet size petere Peter
