I have updated the agenda to include a discussion of a revised version of the Simulation parameters documents.  Paul has made a number of changes.  Here are the comments from Paul,

 

-         I have added all the changes in the minutes (document 0025).

-         I’ve added a simplified traffic model based on an earlier suggestion in the 802.19 forum from Peter Ecclesine. I feel we also need to make a decision on the mandatory and optional aspects of traffic models. I feel the mandating of a very simple model would be a prudent move.

-         Added an 802.16h link budget along side the one for 802.11y.

-         We need to discuss the concept and come up with some numbers for the 802.16 uplink subchannelisation gain. These are highlighted text in 0011r10. I think there may be some dependency here on the coexistence metrics discussion.

            We will be having a conference call on Coexistence in the 3650 MHz Frequency Band on Thursday at 11 AM Eastern Time (8 AM Pacific Time). We can discuss the coexistence metric document that I sent out during the Atlanta meeting but did not get to discuss.  Paul, I think you took an action item to work on a standardized link budget to be used for both 11y and 16h.  If you have anything on that we can discuss it. If anyone has any additional items for the agenda please notify me.
