REGISTRATION INFORMATION:

This site is ONLY for registration for the following Working Groups:

IEEE 802.11, 802.15, 802.18, 802.20, 802.21 and 802.22

 

Registration Fees for this session are:

 

  • $575.00US Before 6pm Pacific Time (PT), Friday, December 12, 2008 (UTC Time: 2am Saturday, December 13, 2008)
  • $850.00US After December 12, 2008 and before 6pm Pacific Time (PT), Friday January 9, 2009 (UTC Time: 2am Saturday, January 10, 2009)
  • $1100.00US After January 9, 2009.

     

If you are not able to register via the web for technical reasons, you must notify the Conference Organizers prior to the cut off date, to receive the corresponding registration rate.

 

GROUP ROOM RATES:

  • $199.00 US Single/Double Occupancy plus appropriate taxes

 

RESERVATION CUT OFF DATE:  6 PM (PT) MONDAY, DECEMBER 15, 2008

 

Cancellation Policy:   No Charge if cancelled prior to 6PM (PT) on your arrival date.

Group Rates are subject to availability: Saturday January 10th through Friday January 30, 2009.
