All, Our
first order of business regarding TVWS coexistence is to agree on what tasks we
plan to address. To that end I have prepared a presentation on a possible
plan for the work. I have posted it on the Mentor and plan to
discuss this on next week’s conference call. https://mentor.ieee.org/802.19/dcn/09/19-09-0010-00-tvws-tv-white-space-coexistence-plan.ppt We
will be using the 802.19 part of Mentor for our documents. If you have
not ever posted a document you will need access. If you expect to be
posting some documents in the future you may want to get access now. To
do that you go to the 802.19 part of Mentor, https://mentor.ieee.org/802.19/documents Then
you click on “new document” on the upper right. You
will then be told that you need to be granted access. I can grant you
access. I do not seem to get an automatic email from the system, so if
you do attempt to get access please notify me so I can go the web site and
grant you access. Otherwise, I do not check regularly. When
you do post a document under groups select “tvws’ which is a new
study group on the web site. I
have a volunteer to be secretary for the 1 PM calls, but still need a volunteer
for the 7PM calls. Steve |
