I downloaded the document template from 802.19 web site and edited

it with MS office 2003.

 

In the future, I will submit the word document to 802.19 but will

provide a .pdf version also in the email.

Haiguang,

The Word document that you sent out has a problem.  It generates an error
with my otherwise quite stable MS Word-2000.  Please, only post documents
that are in genuine workable format.  I lost edits that I had done in other
Word documents in trying to open it.
