are all good questions and worth discussing on the conference call.
In
my opinion the purpose of this control channel is to provide coexistence
between TVWS devices. It could possibly be used for other purposes also.

is the control channel over TVWS for.
For examples, what
information is dealt with? does it include information on
imcumbent user like TVWS DB?
In addition, is it only for
coexistence among diffferent 802 based TVBDs that are trying to share the same frequency band? or is it for coexistence among diffferent 802 based TVBDs as well as incumbent protection?
