Hi, Monisha, I don’t want to be nitpicking here, but just to avoid giving
folks issues to point at in the PAR, I wanted to make sure that ECMA is indeed
a “standards body,” because it advertises itself as an “industry
association.” I suppose the same may be asked of the white space
database group. Can someone comment how the definition of “standard”
is meant to be understood? Thanks Alex From: whitespace@xxxxxxxx
[mailto:whitespace@xxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Mark Cummings Monisha, Thanks for your valuable input. What would be very
helpful is a contribution describing the group, giving a little background and
explaining the reasons for including it. That way, even though you are
not present, the group can feel confident it is doing the right thing.
When you post it, just send out an email telling everyone it is there.
If I can help with this please let me know. Thanks, Mark Mark Cummings, Ph.D. +1 650 854 4406 CEO, SWIM Managing Partner, enVia Technology Partners, Inc. Chair, Use Case Ad Hoc, IEEE P1900.5 Special Member Board of Directors SVC Wireless (Silicon Valley

On last week’s conference call Mark Cummings suggested that if anyone has
comments on the PAR to prepare a contribution.
So I looked over the PAR and put together a few comments and questions. I
have posted that document on Mentor,
We can discuss these and any other comments or questions on the Tuesday
conference call. Steve The information contained in this message may be confidential and
