Dear Steve,
11:30 AM in Eastern Time corresponds to 1:30 AM in Japan and Korea.
It will be very hard for us to join. I prefer keeping the time at 5:00
PM, which corresponds to 7:00 AM Tokyo. It will be 10 pm in London and
11 pm in Europe.
Sincerely yours,
Tuncer

All,
I spoke with Wendong earlier today about the joint
call on
November 12 with 802.22.
Wendong recommended 11:30 AM Eastern Time (8:30 PM
Pacific
Time). Hopefully that would work for those in Europe. It would be
great to
hear from those in Europe if this time is okay for them.
On the topic of the agenda we discussed it and we
came up
with two topics for the agenda.
1. Overview of the 19 and 22 PARs under consideration in
November
2. Questions and Answers on those PARs
If anyone has any comments or question please reply to all with the
comment
or question.
