b)    Registration Fees:

• Early Bird: Before 6pm Pacific Time (PT), Friday, December 18, 2009 (UTC Time: 2am Saturday, December 19, 2009)
• $575.00US for attendees staying at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza
• $825.00US for all others (including local attendees)
