Hi All,
The process ad hoc group will have call #3 on Thursday, Feb 11, at 11PM EST with tentative agenda as described
below.
This is the last call of the process ad hoc group before the March 2010 plenary. Let’s focus on creation of a joint proposal
based on contributions we’ve heard in the January interim and during the ad hoc calls. As noted in the invitation to the
previous call no new proposals are allowed. If you have any contributions to the group, they should be merged proposals
or alike with which we can proceed with our task to develop a process proposal for the TG. Please let me and the group
to know if you have any such contributions to the group and for the call so that I can schedule the meeting accordingly.
Please also make the contributions available in the document wiki in advance.
Tentative agenda is as follows:
- Opening
- Secretary for the call
- Agenda approval
- Objective of the group
- The group has been established to prepare a proposal about process for the 802.19.1 TG to follow

presented and discussed in the March2010 plenary meeting in which the TG is targeted to agree on
the process.
- Minutes of the previous call
- Comments, changes
- Approval?
- Merged contributions

- Introduction to a TG1 process description document draft
