I received this email from
3GPP. If we want to send this information to them we would need to draft a
liaison statement (LS).
If the group feels this is
important then we would need someone to draft an LS. Then we would need
executive committee approval to send out the LS.
However, it is not clear to me
if there is any related working going on in 3GPP, so I am not sure if it is
worth the effort.

a policy, however, 3GPP restricts the email lists to technical discussions
and we do not want to set a precedent for having CFPs on the list. If IEEE
wants 3GPP to be involved in your activity as an organization, please send
us a LS.

developing a standard for coexistence of TV white space networks and devices.
We are looking for broad participation in the development of
