[802.19] April 21 teleconference is canceled

Dear 802.19 members,

Since there are no new technical contributions, April 21
teleconference is canceled. Next teleconference will be on April 28.
In the mean time, I would like to remind you to vote on  electronic
ballot to approve a liaison statement from 802.19 to the 3GPP TSG-RAN,
which closes on April 25 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time.
