The September 2010 IEEE 802 Wireless
Interim Session will be held during the week of September 12-17, 2010 at the
Hilton Waikoloa Village Resort.
Situated on the Kohala Coast of Hawaii's Big Island the Hilton Waikoloa Village
Resort (HWV) is approximately 25 minutes drive from the Kona International
Airport (KOA).
Known for exceptional meeting and event services, as well as numerous dining
and recreational activities available onsite the Hilton Waikoloa Village Resort
is a world class destination and an ideal choice for the September 2010 IEEE
802 Wireless Interim Session.
The following IEEE 802 Working Groups will be participating: IEEE
802.11/.15/.18/.19/.20 and .22.

Group Hotel Policy
The Registration Fee will be discounted by $300 US for attendees booking
and staying one or more nights in the 802-contracted hotel: Hilton Waikoloa
Village Resort. Please note payment of a $300 surcharge will be required
if your hotel stay cannot be verified.
Attendees who elect to share accommodations must ensure all members of the
rooming party are listed on the hotel register upon check in at the hotel*.
* If you know the members of your party in advance of your arrival please list
members as part of your reservation.
Registration
Policy
Session Registration: Any
individual who attends any part of a meeting that is a scheduled part of an 802
Wireless Interim Session must register for the full session.
Registration is available through a secure website and requires valid credit
card information for the payment of the registration fee; checks are NOT
accepted for web-registration. Session registrations are not transferable to
another individual or to another interim session.
If you register for an IEEE 802 Wireless session and then are unable to attend,
you must request cancellation of your registration before the cancellation
deadline to be eligible for a refund of all or part of the fees paid.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation requests submitted before the close of Early
Registration are eligible to receive a full refund of the registration fee.
Cancellation requests submitted after the close of Early Registration but
before the close of Standard Registration, receive a refund equal to the
registration fee minus a $150 US cancellation fee.
If your cancellation request is submitted after the close of cancellations, a
refund will not be issued.
Cancellation Deadline is 6 PM (PT) Friday September 3, 2010.

EARLY DEPARTURE POLICY
In the event you have registered with the hotel and decide to check out prior
to your reserved checkout date, the hotel will add an early check out fee of
$50.00US to your individual hotel account. To avoid an early checkout fee
you must advise the hotel at or before check-in of any change in your planned
length of stay.
EXTENDED DATES
Group Rates are offered over the extended dates of Thursday, September 9th,
through Monday, September 20th. Rates are subject to room
