All
As of July 15, the majority of unbooked rooms remaining in the hotel block
will be released. If you have not reserved your room by then you may have
a very difficult time securing a hotel room within walking distance of the
convention center. There is no deposit and you can cancel your reservation
without penalty up until Aug 26. Do not put this off if you have any
intention of attending.
Also, please note that the early bird registration ends July 27. Save some
money and register now.
