This is just a quick reminder to you and your Working Group members about the Early Registration deadline is December 16th. 

 

Due to great pick up by IEEE 802 Wireless Interim Session attendees, Group Rate Guest Rooms and Regular Guest Rooms are extremely limited at the Hyatt Regency Jacksonville. Please advise your members that they must book soon to get the best selection of rates and dates. The Group Rate may not be available for all dates requested.  If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to be in touch.
