Subject: [STDS-802-11] IEEE systems will be taken offline for maintenance Thursday March 29 through Monday April 1.

--- This message came from the IEEE 802.11 Working Group Reflector ---

Please be aware that the IEEE systems will be taken offline for maintenance Thursday March 29 through Monday April 1.

The systems affected are :

  • Join / Renew, add subscriptions or purchase products (BMS Shop)
  • IEEE Xplore will be functional, but individuals will not be able to purchase articles or create a Web account
  • memberNet
  • My Account
  • myIEEE
  • IEEE.tv
  • Author Gateway -- authors without existing Web accounts will not be able to access the system
  • Petition Candidates -- online petitions will be unavailable
  • Senior Member application
  • vTools
  • Web in a Box

The IEEE Web Accounts (create and update) will NOT be available and this does affect the Face-to-Face registration system.  However, the LDAP Directory (login/authentication) will remain active so users with existing accounts will be able to register for meetings.

You are encouraged to register prior to the outage to avoid a delay.

Regards,

Jon
