Good Day All,

The IEEE 802 Wireless Interim Session will take place during the dates of May 12-17, 2013 at the Hilton Waikoloa Village Resort in Waikoloa, Hawaii.

The following Working Groups will be participating:
IEEE 802.11, 802.15, 802.16, 802.18, 802.19, 802.21, 802.22, 802.24 and OmniRAN EC SG.

NOW AVAILABLE:

1. REGISTRATION (https://802world.org/apps/session/80/register) Early: Before 6pm Pacific Time, Sunday, April 1, 2013 (UTC Time: 1am Tuesday April 2, 2013)

$600 US for attendees staying at the Hilton Waikoloa
$900 US for all others (including local attendees not staying at the group hotel)

EARLY BIRD GROUP RATE: $149 US/Night (plus applicable taxes)*

Rate applies to Single/Double Occupancy Run of House Rooms and includes Internet access.

Extra Adults (>2) are an additional $20 US /Night (plus applicable taxes).

Early Bird Rate Deadline*: On or before March 27, 2013 or when 40% of the IEEE 802 Room Block has been reserved. After the deadline date has passed or 40% of the block has been filled the regular group rate will apply. Please book early to ensure receiving the discount rate.

Hilton Waikoloa Reservation Policies

SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY: *The Early Bird and Standard Group Rate are subject to the availability of rooms in the IEEE 802 Wireless Group Room Block. If the block is sold out before the deadline date, March 27, 2013 the rate may no longer be available.

HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancel prior to 6 PM Pacific Time on Day Before Planned Arrival
