[802.19] Teleconference schedule

Dear All,

Sponsor ballot will be closed on Dec 18.

I would propose the following teleconference schedule:
- Dec 25
- Jan 8
- Jan 15

All Wednesdays, from 1AM to 2AM EST (New York time), same as before.
If Dec 25 will be uncomfortable due to holidays, we can cancel and have only two teleconferences on Jan 8 and 15. We can decide on this later.
