[802.19] Future IEEE 802.19 Work

IEEE 802.19,

 

               At the March 802.19 meeting we will be discussing future 802.19 work so if you have any topics you would like to discuss/suggest please consider preparing a short presentation to guide the discussion.

 

               Also as reminder, 802.19 will meet only on Wednesday and Thursday in Beijing.

Meeting Days

               I just wanted to notify everyone that at the January 802.19 meeting the WG took a straw poll, which got good support, to only meet in March on Wednesday and Thursday since we do not expect to need more than two days to complete our work.

 

               Since people will be making their travel plans I wanted to notify everyone that 802.19 will meet in Beijing on the following days:

 

·        Wednesday March 19

·        Thursday March 20

Future Work

               Also, with the work on the 802.19.1 draft winding down we will be listening to presentations on potential future work.

 

               If you have any potential future work in 802.19 please take this opportunity to prepare a presentation and bring it to the March 802.19 meeting.
